Cortina Ridge is a small neighborhood located above the town of Silverthorne, Colorado. The subdivision is comprised of 30 single family home sites which are roughly 1 acre size. Currently there are 17 homes in the neighborhood.
Most of the lots are forested with Aspen, Lodgepole Pine, Spruce, and Fir trees and have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon. The Mesa Cortina Trailhead is minutes from everyone's backdoor.
The property owners association exists to protect the investments of property owners through such activities as architectural review, pine beetle mitigation and noxious weed control.
